The general of the year
Several popular sites currently name Wen Zhe (文哲) as the 2027 Tai Sui. Wen Zhe governs 2026, the 丙午 Fire Horse year. The temple record of the sixty generals lists Miao Bing (繆丙) for Ding Wei 2027 — see the published record maintained by JM Temple. It is a small thing, but it is exactly the kind of thing worth checking before trusting anyone's forecast — including this one.

Folk summaries often say “about four” signs are affected in a given year. One boundary worth checking
The year boundary differs by convention. The zodiac year changes at Chinese New Year — . In BaZi it changes at Li Chun, the solar term — China Standard Time. For 2027 the two are two days apart (see Chinese zodiac 2027).
