Privacy Policy
The short version: there are no accounts here, no email list, and your birth details are computed, not warehoused. This page says exactly what does touch a server.
Birth details you enter
When you cast a chart, the date, time, time zone and longitude are sent to our calculation API, used to compute the chart, and discarded. They are not stored in a database and not used for marketing. If you buy a report, those same details ride on your Stripe checkout session so the PDF can be generated at download time without an account; Stripe retains them under its own policies.
Payments
Checkout is hosted by Stripe, and card details go to Stripe directly — they never pass through our servers. Stripe asks for an email address so it can send your receipt; that address belongs to your Stripe payment record, which we can see for delivery and refunds but never use for anything else. Stripe's own privacy policy covers its processing of payment data.
Analytics
The production site carries Google Analytics 4, which sets the standard _ga cookie in your browser. Purchase and checkout events are recorded server-side and carry only an order identifier, the product, and the amount — never birth details. Google's privacy policy applies to what Google collects.
Hosting logs
Like essentially every website, our host (Vercel) processes request metadata such as IP addresses in temporary operational logs.
What we do not do
No accounts. No newsletter and no marketing email of any kind. No advertising networks. Birth data is not sold, shared, or reused — including for research or "improving our products".
Questions or deletion requests
Write to daypillar@gmail.com. Because birth details are not retained after calculation, most deletion requests will concern records held by the processors above (Stripe, Google), which we will help direct where we can.
Changes
If how this site handles data ever changes, this page changes with it. See also the terms of service and the refund policy.
