Refund Policy
Seven days, full refund, one email. The guarantee is plain because the product is built to be checked — a report whose working is hidden has to hide behind fine print; this one does not.
The short version
Email daypillar@gmail.com within seven days of purchase, from the address you paid with if you can, and include the checkout session id from your download link (the part after session_id=). You get a full refund to the original payment method, processed through Stripe — typically back on your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
If the chart itself is wrong
A genuine calculation error is a different category, and it is ours, not yours: the engine is fixed, the mistake goes into the public errata log, and you are refunded in full no matter how long ago you bought. That commitment exists because every convention the engine applies is published and tested against an open comparison corpus.
What is not an error
Some disagreements between charts are documented school differences, not defects — for example, whether a birth at 23:30 keeps its day pillar or rolls to the next day. Where schools genuinely disagree, both readings are stated openly on the methodology page. If a chart here differs from another site by exactly such a rule, that is the reason.
